Roland is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and calm. He is always available for last minute "crisis" that arise in the Executive Area. He makes himself available from beginning to end for all our meeting technological needs, including teleconferencing, videoconferencing, Microsoft PowerPoint and screen set up for laptop, computer, video, and CD capabilities. He has assisted our many vendors that come in with sometimes incompatible equipment or lack of equipment, and finds ways to make the meetings work.
